We are sure that you will be more than happy with your Luvvibes purchase, however, in the unlikely event that it arrives to you damaged or faulty or if you are not happy with it, we offer a no quibble, completely FREE 365 day refund or exchange policy.
To avail of this service, the item you are returning for refund or exchange must be unopened and unused.
But that isn't all! We also offer another free returns policy for any item you buy and use that breaks or becomes faulty within 180 days of your original purchase. In this instance, simply return the item to us to avail of a full refund or exchange!
To send back a return simply contact us to request a returns form. We will then send you a pre-paid postage label (either by e-mail for you to print out or by post if you prefer). When you receive the label, simply pack up all items to be returned, attach the postage label to the front and take it to the Post Office.
We suggest that you obtain free proof of postage from the Post Office when you send back your return in case it gets lost on its way to us or there is any issue with us receiving it back at our warehouse. Please keep this safe until we have processed your refund or replacement.
Please note we will be unable to refund the cost of your return postage if you have not used our free returns postal service.

To cancel or change your order please contact us immediately after placing your order. we aim to pack orders quickly so the sooner you contact us the better. We will then cancel your order and refund you using the same method you used to pay for your order.

Return Policy Terms & Conditions
Unused Items: Please make sure that your item is unopened, unused and undamaged (unless it is faulty), plus all shrink wrapping and packaging must be intact. Remember to detail whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Your request will be handled and processed as soon as possible and you will be notified when we receive the returned parcel at our warehouse.
Faulty Items: If your item is faulty please make sure that you clearly detail the issues you are having. Unless the fault is very clear you may wish to call our Customer Services team on +44 (0) 1352 711249 or +44 (0) 7930 561674 before returning the item as some of our items have remote controls or battery compartments that have a bit of a knack to them!
If you have used the item, and it has become faulty after use, PLEASE make sure that it has been thoroughly cleaned as we check all faulty items when we receive them to help with processing. If we find that the item had not been cleaned or find that it is not faulty this will be returned to you at your expense and no refund will be issued.
Don't forget to retain the original packaging wherever possible otherwise we will not be able to accept your return.
As soon as we have received your returned parcel we will process it and send your choice of refund or replacement as quickly as possible. This will absolutely be within 30 days, but the vast majority of cases, it will be much, much faster.
If you would like to check on the status of your returned parcel please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Once submitted, refunds will take up to 5 working days to appear in your account depending on your banks refund policies.
